2030年，全球爆发摧毁力巨大的病毒危机，成千上万民众化身为嗜血如命的丧尸，荼毒啃噬着身边的同胞。与世隔绝的神隐镇也不能幸免，在一个肃杀的夜晚，病毒悄然侵染小镇的土地，而长眠于此且成枯骨的满清王爷——恭亲王奕?之子载澄（许京川 饰）则顺势复活，回到了人间。清晨时分，载澄逡巡丛林之中，放眼放去尽是横行的丧尸和被蹂躏过的尸体。途中他救下了被丧尸追杀的王佳佳（袁媛 饰）及其男友，载澄惊讶地发现，佳佳竟与其生前的福晋费罗婉儿极其相似。
侥幸脱身的佳佳和伙伴们寻找一线生机，而僵尸王爷则尾随其后。末日般的丧尸世界，幸存者竭力求生……
