近未来，武器研发集团MARS的创始人詹姆斯发明了名为纳罗脉的微型机器人，该机器人威力巨大北大西洋公约组织武器研究所对此颇感兴趣，向MARS集团购买了四颗纳罗脉弹头。运送途中，护卫队遭到一伙高科技武装分子的袭击。在弹头即将被抢去之际，另一组神秘人马阻止了武装分子的计划，并解救了护卫队仅剩的两名成员公爵和开伞索。解救公爵的正是霍克将军所统率的特种部队，公爵和开伞索请求加入该部队，以血前耻。
