毕业旅行本是很快乐的事，可明日香（堀北真希饰）却留在被其他同学遗忘的角落。她在学校被同学们欺凌，同伴Pam还因无法忍受欺凌而上吊自杀了。Pam的怨气积聚，让明日香为她报复。
诅咒在进行，梓、健、瑞江等同学先后收到“自己”打来的电话留言，不久他们真的在电话所预言的时间死去！毕业旅行被浓重的恐怖气氛笼罩，大家惶惶不可终日。
